Refund policy

Our return policy lasts 7 days. unfortunately we cannot offer a refund if 7 days have passed since your purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it which includes the seal of protection on the original packing.

Additional non-returnable items:
Burned candles and other products that have been used are not eligible for a refund.

(If you would like to try out the fragrance please use the discovery set, any used fragrances will not be accepted for a refund.)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts that is not the mistake of scent in a bottle will not be eligible.*
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

*If item is in original condition but is damaged on the way to us due to customer packing error, refund will be denied. If packing error is on courier side, it is the responsibility of the customer to sort it out with the courier.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, we will get in touch with you for further information on where to process your payment. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at starfragrancespk@gmail.com
